Porridge Radio are a London based band from the UK, formed in Brighton in 2015 around band leader Dana Margolin. The band’s powerful live performances and rawly emotive lyrics have garnered a dedicated following, with their previous 2 albums Mercury Prize shortlisted ('Every Bad') and entering the Top 40 ('Waterslide...').

In October 2024, Porridge Radio - with keyboardist Georgie Stott, drummer Sam Yardley and bassist Dan Hutchins alongside Margolin - released their critically acclaimed fourth album, 'Clouds In The Sky They Will Always Be There For Me', on label Secretly Canadian. Produced by Dom Monks (Big Thief, Laura Marling) and recorded live, 'Clouds…' delves even deeper into themes of love, loss, and personal growth.

porridge radio are big boys now

Porridge Radio started as Dana Margolin’s bedroom project, but are now a Brighton-based 5-piece who make and play 'a perfect blend between cool lo-fi rock and strange, morbid sadcore' (Wake The Deaf), inelegantly knotting together beautiful melodic pop songs with vicious and furious emotional outpour.
