Tom McGuire, leader of funk powerhouse Tom McGuire & the Brassholes, is a guitarist and singer with a growing profile. Strongly influenced by classic funk and soul artists such as Stevie Wonder and James Brown whilst also acknowledging the energy of heavy rock roots, he sings soulfully and powerfully from a place of truth and feeling. Backed by a band of killer animals from hell, Tom is afforded a platform which allows spontaneous electricity in which expression is paramount; a true paradigm of “Soul”.
